GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS KIM RIETVINK (March 2020)

These general terms and conditions apply to all live events, online programs and personal and group coaching programs / programs that are organized and offered by Kim Rietvink. Kim Rietvink organizes live events, offers online programs and provides coaching programs or programs, both in groups and 1 to 1. Participants who buy a ticket for a live event, buy access to an online program or enter into a coaching program / program, agree with these terms and conditions.

Expectations
Our website describes for each event, online program or program / program what a participant can expect and what the costs are for participation.

Payment
You must pay Kim Rietvink’s invoices within 15 days of the invoice date, unless agreed otherwise. Kim Rietvink is entitled to invoice periodically.

If you fail to pay an invoice on time, you will be in default by operation of law and you will owe interest of 2% per month. The interest on the claimable amount will be calculated from the moment that the Client is in default until the moment of payment of the full amount due.

You are never entitled to set off the amount owed by him to Kim Rietvink. Objections to the amount of an invoice do not suspend the payment obligation. If you are in default, Kim Rietvink reserves the right
to suspend the work or cancel the order.

If you are in default with payment or with the fulfillment of any other obligation under an agreement, Kim Rietvink is entitled to dissolve that agreement in whole or in part without judicial intervention, without prejudice to Kim Rietvink’s right to claim compensation. .

Live event prevention
Tickets bought for a Kim Rietvink live event are registered. It is possible to cancel a ticket up to 14 days after purchase. An administration fee of 20 euros will be charged for this. Kim Rietvink will not refund any money after 14 days of purchase. It is however possible to transfer your ticket to someone else. See point “transfer ticket” below. If, as a participant, you are unable to attend an event for which you have purchased a ticket (participation ticket), please contact our team at contact@kimrietvink.nl

Live event cancellation
If a training or workshop cannot take place due to force majeure, Kim Rietvink will provide a suitable alternative for the participants. If the place or time of an event is changed, Kim Rietvink ensures that every participant is informed of this in time. Changed events never entitle you to a refund.

Cancellation one-on-one or group counseling by appointment, such as consultations, Master Mind or individual sessions
In case of an existing appointment for guidance or advice interviews or other one-on-one guidance, you (the participant / coachee / mentee) have the right to make or cancel a new appointment free of charge up to 36 hours before the start. If the appointment is moved or canceled within 36 hours before the start, you owe the entire agreed price for the canceled or moved session.

Kim waits up to 8 minutes from the start of a scheduled session. If you are not in the session within this time, it will expire.

Online program cancellation
Your cancellation of the online program must be made in writing and must be received within 15 days of registration, including showing the assignments made from the first 2 modules. Only then will you get the full investment back. If canceled after 15
days after registration you owe the fully agreed price.

Cancellation of long-term assignments
If the agreement concerns a long-term program or process of several sessions that have come over in advance, with regard to cancellation by you as a coachee / mentee before the start of the process, you can cancel free of charge up to 2 weeks before the start of the service, unless otherwise stated on the website. is mentioned. If you cancel within 2 weeks before the start of the first session, you owe the entire agreed price. Interim cancellation is in principle not possible. The agreed price remains payable, unless in the opinion of Kim Rietvink there is reason to agree otherwise.

Cancellation must only be effected by email confirmed by Kim Rietvink. The date and time of receipt of this email by Kim Rietvink applies as cancellation.

Transfer ticket
If you, as a participant, are unable to attend an event for which you have purchased a ticket (participation ticket), it is possible to transfer your ticket to someone else. As a participant you nominate a replacement participant. Transfer of a ticket is possible up to 5 days before the event. A 20 euro administration fee will be charged for transferring a ticket. Change event
If a live event cannot take place due to circumstances, Kim Rietvink will offer each participant a ticket for the next equivalent event. Kim Rietvink will ensure that each participant will be informed in good time of the new date and location.

Right to use images, audio and material
A participant is not allowed to make video or audio recordings that last longer than 5 minutes during live events. It is also not allowed to broadcast images longer than 5 minutes live via social media or other distribution channels. If the organization notices that these rules are being broken, it may mean that you are no longer allowed to participate in the event.

An participant of an event is not allowed to use, edit or otherwise use or publish workbooks, images, images or the substantive information that is offered to the participant for the event for commercial purposes, unless Kim Rietvink does this in advance. has granted written permission. Violation of this will in all cases have legal consequences.

It is allowed to take pictures of images and to publish them on personal social media (without commercial purposes). It is also allowed to take photos during the event that may be shared via personal social media.

It should not be assumed that methods, techniques or indicators presented in live events will be profitable or result or lose. Examples presented are for training purposes only and are in no way requests or recommendations for selling or buying currency, stock, stock, future, CFD, option or any other financial instrument.

Image and portrait rights
Kim Rietvink can make recordings during events (photos, videos and also audio). It is possible that a participant is recognizable on these images. By participating in a live event, the participant gives permission to Kim Rietvink to use these images.

Health
When you participate in an event you must be in good mental and physical health. If this is not the case or you are unsure about this, you must notify Kim Rietvink of this before you register.

Liability
Kim Rietvink makes every effort to ensure that live events run smoothly and safely for every participant. Visiting an event is at the participant’s own risk. Kim Rietvink is not liable for loss, damage or theft of property that the participant brought to the event.

Any action you take in response to participation in an event, online program or coaching program / trajectory is entirely at your own responsibility as a participant. Kim Rietvink can in no way be held liable for consequences and results.

Our live events and (online) coaching programs are intended to empower you (the participant) so that you can create a happy and free life, with a successful business of your own. We cannot guarantee the results. What you do with the knowledge and information offered by us is entirely up to you. We only want and can help you by sharing our knowledge, experiences and strategies.

All products and services that Kim Rietvink offers are developed by us for educational and informational purposes. Nothing in a program, live event, masterclass, or any of our content is a promise or guarantee of specific results. We do not provide financial, legal, medical, or tax advice. Making decisions based on the programs, products, events, services and websites presented by us is voluntary and under the full responsibility of the participant (you). We advise you to contact your doctor, accountant, lawyer or professional adviser before taking major actions or carrying out actions that can have consequences in any form. In no way can we (Kim Rietvink) be held liable for your decisions, actions and results, at any time and under all circumstances. In short: You are responsible for your own life.

Code of conduct
To ensure that our live events run smoothly, you must follow the instructions of the organization during the meeting. We reserve the right to deny you as a participant immediate access to an event if;

you do not follow the instructions of the organization
you in any way disseminate non-meeting promotional material, in or around the meeting location, or attempt to approach other participants with promotional intentions or commercial activities not related to Kim Rietvink’s meeting,
if you make or broadcast audio or video recordings for a long time
you disturb the event in any way
you use alcohol and / or drugs during the event *
In all of the above incidents you as a participant will be immediately removed from the meeting. In these cases you are not entitled to a refund of the participation fee. (* alcohol and / or drugs are not allowed)
